Soccer Booster Club Meeting Minutes
Board Attendance:
John Murnan
Maureen Torkos
Chris Stahler

Unfinished Business:
1. 5K Run
a. currently at 25 entries, will go forward and hope for more
b. still getting volunteers (need 4 people to man 2 water tables and
about 6 people to run registration and finish)
c. 8:00 am start time with volunteers coming at 6:30 am
d. Maureen checking into snacks
e. Maria getting cups and water
f. Tim making call to get cones
2. Kick Off Banquet
a. Lisa Gannon planning
b. February 2nd, 7:00 pm start time
c. plan on about 250 people
d. Rosie updating registration form
i. $200 fee will include one game pass
e. uniforms will not be distributed at banquet
3. Concessions
a. Maureen will check with Maramonti and Oswalt about contacting JD’s
4. Field Set up
a. January 19th at 9:00 am
5. Senior Night
a. March 26th at 7:00 pm for both boys and girls
New Business:
1. Community Service
a. Rosie has left message at nursing home to inquire about volunteering
2. Pam will contact Danette Yarger about coordinating ball girls/boys for girls
3. Next meeting March 4th at 7:00
