1. Budget Income: $22,200.00
2. Budget Expenses: $21,930.00

C. Iris will look into receiving a Etowah letterhead letter with the tax ID # for Wachovia.
New Business
A. Fundraising
1. The 3 v. 3 tournament on December 6th has been approved waiting on McGowen to be able to distribute flyers to the schools.
2. 5 K Run is still being schedule for January 10th, 2009 at 8:00 am
Fee will be $20.00 or $25.00 and will include t-shirt.
3. Publix cards – Iris will ask for a Etowah letterhead letter asking to combine both accounts and getting new cards.
B. Banquets
1. Prefer to combine both the Kick-Off and End-of-the-Season banquets for the boys and girls.

1. Web site is in need of help…will email John Murnan if he needs help
with the site.
D. Senior Night
1. Janet Crower is heading this event and would like to see if Senior Night could be a combine for the senior boys and girls.
E. Next board meeting will be held November 11th at 7:00.
