Soccer Booster Club Meeting Minutes
Board Attendance:

Unfinished Business:
1. 3 v 3 Challenge details:
a. check-in at 10:00, games begin at 10:30 January 26th
b. volunteer shifts from 10:00-1:00 and 1:00-4:00, to be coordinated by Maureen Torkos
c. 6 teams paid, waiting on 3 more
New Business:
1. Kick-Off Banquet
a. girls and boys separate evenings, propose girls on January 31st at 6:30, boys on February 7th at 6:30 (edited to show cafeteria not available on February 7th, banquet for boys will be February 5th at 6:30)
b. will have registration table to collect booster fees and order hoodies
c. Will ask each player to bring 12 pack sodas, charge $10.00 per family to cover expenses.
2. Registration Fees
a. fees will be set at $175.00 per player to include game day shirt, socks and 2 adult passes to all home games
3. Game Day Shirts
a. will be included in booster fee, short sleeves, white in color
b. girls will have quote on back
4. Uniform Update: Should be in Friday.
5. Concessions: Will offer one last time to band, JD’s will take over concessions if band does not.
6. Treasurers’ Report: Girls balance $7,044.68, boy’s balance $6,880.19.
