Soccer Booster Club Meeting Minutes
Board Attendance:
John Murnan
Rosie Ranstadler
Maureen Torkos
Iris Koplen

Unfinished Business:
1. 3 v 3 Challenge details:
a. extending deadline for registration
b. do not have a total for teams entered yet, coaches will check with school if mail entries have been received
c. band will not be handling concessions due to a conflict
d. t-shirts will be ordered by Iris no later than early next week
e. have 4 pop-up goals, need 4 more, board looking into borrowing
f. scheduling to be done using excel
g. Chris Stahler taking care of medals
h. Volunteers needed for following areas
-check in
-referees
-t-shirts
-scorekeeper
-field marshals
i. Pamela Meyers will send out email to distribution list asking for parent volunteers. Coaches will have players stay after school on Friday December 7th to go over volunteer responsibilities.
New Business:
1. Board needs to start looking into someone to responsible for the Soccer program. Rosie plans on asking Nikki Cook.
