Soccer Booster Club Meeting Minutes
Board Attendance:

Introduction:
1. Introduction of board members to members attending.
2. Treasurers Report: Allan Grant reported a balance in the boy’s account of approximately $6,900.00. Iris Koplen reported a balance in the amount of $6,809.68.
3. Secretary Report: Pamela Meyers read the minutes to members from August 27th meeting.
Unfinished Business:
1. Payment dates discussed for $10,000.00 payment installments on scoreboard. Payment dates of February 28th for the first $5,000.00 payment and May 1st for the second payment for 10 years agreed upon.
2. New uniform options presented. Board needed to check on amount school will fund for uniforms. Also discussed various ways to save money on uniforms. (i.e.- less expensive socks, one pair of shorts two jerseys) Coaches will review uniform options and make a choice.
New Business:
1. Registration fees for upcoming year discussed.
a. Last year girls’ fees were $175.00 per player.
b. Boys’ fees were $200.00 per player but included a pass for admission to games and game day t-shirts.
c. Proposed fee of $150.00 per player this year to include all home admissions for two parents.
2. Discussed upcoming expenses for this year.
a. Board estimated based on last year and with new scoreboard payments, soccer booster club will need to raise approximately $20,000.00 year.
b. With 72 players, need roughly $300.00 per player raised.
c. With booster fee of $150.00 per player, still need for each player to raise $150.00 through fundraising.
d. Options discussed such as 3v3 tournament, Krispy Kreme donut sales.
